CM orders nationalisation of all books of Karunanidhi

Muthuvel karunanidhi, was born on 3 june 1924 in the village of Thirukkuvalai, located in Nagapattinam district of madras Presidency. His parents, Ayyadurai Muthuvel and Anjugam, had two elder daughters named Periyanayaki and Shanmugasundari. M. Karunanidhi's education began at a local school, where his father also wanted him to learn music. He wrote many books and narrate many stories in tamil cinemas.  All the books of former chief minister karunanidhi have been nationalized.K.Stalin has ordered.

The books of tamil Scholars have been nationalized by the tamil Development Department and royalties are being granted based on the number and merits authored by them. So far, the books of 179 tamil Scholars have been nationalized and Rs.14.42 crore has been given as copyright to their next generation.

In this situation, chief minister M.K. stalin said karunanidhi has written story, screenplay and dialogues for 75 films, 15 novels, 20 plays, 15 short stories and 210 poems.


The books of 179 tamil academics were nationalized by the tamil Development Department, and their heirs received compensation totaling Rs 14.42 crore, according to an official announcement.
 
The press announcement further mentioned that karunanidhi started writing at the age of 14. At the age of 15, he became the editor of a manuscript journal named "Maanava Nesan" (Friend of Students). At eighteen, he published his first piece in the journal "Dravida Nadu," edited by the previous chief minister, CN Annadurai.
