A leader of the student wing of Sheikh Hasina's party Awami League was trying to flee from Bangladesh. He was trying to enter india via Meghalaya. During this, his foot slipped from a hill and he got a heart attack and died on the spot.

If media reports are to be believed, Ishak ali Khan Panna, General Secretary of the Student Wing of the Awami League, died of a heart attack. Panna's nephew told in the 'Dhaka Tribune' newspaper that Ishak ali was going out of bangladesh via Shillong. During this, his foot slipped from a hill and he got a heart attack and died on the spot. This incident happened on saturday (25 August).

Awami leaders had entered India

According to Jasinuddin Khan, a relative of another Awami League leader, Ishak ali Khan had talked to him on the phone three days ago. What Jasinuddin said was that after talking on the phone, it seemed that Panna had entered india through Tamabil border of Sylhet and he must have died there. According to media reports, along with Panna, the leaders of the Central Committee of the Awami League also fled from Bangladesh.

Continuous action is being taken against Awami leaders

After Sheikh Hasina left the country, continuous action is being taken against the leaders of the Awami League and most of the Awami leaders are fleeing the country to save themselves.
