Following RDP, all manufacturing firms will be required by law to give the military necessities of the other nation top priority. This implies that either india can count on the USA to back them in times of crisis or emergency and to fulfill any military needs, or US corporations may suffer some consequences. RDP is therefore probably the best course of action, but consensus on it may take some time.
