In jharkhand, it is believed that Muslim and Christian voters do not go anywhere else except congress and JMM, while the upper caste voters are considered to be intact towards BJP. There are 14 percent Muslim voters in the state and about 5 percent Christian voters. At the same time, the number of upper caste voters is 16 percent.
