Big news has come out about senior Samajwadi party leader and former cabinet minister Mohammad Azam Khan, Azam Khan has suffered a major setback in the case of occupying land in Dungarpur and threatening the victim's family by beating them. allahabad high court has rejected Azam Khan's bail plea. The high court has rejected the bail plea of former UP police Deputy SP Ale Hasan Khan, former Municipal Chairman Azhar Khan and contractor Barkat Ali, who were convicted along with Azam Khan. A single bench of Justice Rajiv Mishra has given this verdict.
After the hearing on the bail plea of the four was completed, the high court reserved its judgment on august 6. In this case, a person named Ehtesham Khan had lodged an FIR in Ganj police station of Rampur in the year 2019. Azam Khan's name was added later in the FIR, the district court of Rampur convicted four people including Azam Khan in this case on march 16 this year. The court had sentenced Azam Khan to 7 years of imprisonment. He was also fined Rs 5 lakh.

In the same case, Ale Hasan Khan, Azhar Khan and Barkat ali were sentenced to five years each. The other three accused were accused of breaking into Ehtesham Khan's house and assaulting him and forcibly evacuating the house. Azam Khan was accused of assaulting and threatening Ehtesham Khan who had come to complain in the Janata Darbar. Let us tell you that this incident is of 3 february 2016. At that time there was a Samajwadi party government in Uttar Pradesh. FIR was lodged in this case in november 2019.
