Second submarine - Capable of staying underwater for months!!!

The second submarine of the Arighat  class of the indian Navy was ready in 2017, but its testing continued, finally it was inducted into the Navy in the year 2024. The indian Navy has recently launched INS Arighat in the sea area after deploying it with a stockpile of weapons. INS Arighat has been built at the Ship Building Center in Visakhapatnam. Its displacement is about 6000 tons. Its length is about 113 meters and beam is 11 meters and draft is 9.5 meters. It is capable of going to a depth of 980 to 1400 feet under water. 12 K15 SLBMs have been deployed in INS Arighat. The range of the submarine launched ballistic missile is about 750 kilometers.

It also has four K4 missiles, whose range is about 3500 kilometers. Apart from this, six 21-inch torpedoes are installed in this submarine. Many torpedo tubes are installed. Through this, torpedoes, missiles or sea mines can be laid.

The INS Arighat submarine is also fitted with a nuclear reactor, which will give this submarine a speed of 28 kilometers per hour on the surface and 44 kilometers per hour underwater with nuclear fuel. The inclusion of the INS Arighat submarine in the Navy will help the country survive enemy attacks on both fronts. pakistan and china will not dare to attack in its presence.
