According to PTI report, Omar asked for votes from the public in Kashmiri language for the first time. Omar said during this time that we will discuss politics in the coming days. We will discuss the conspiracy of delhi in the coming days. omar abdullah contested the 2014 assembly elections from Beerwah in Budgam district. He has also contested from Sonwar seat of srinagar but Ganderbal is considered to be the stronghold of National Conference from where Sheikh Abdullah and farooq abdullah have also contested elections. Both have represented this seat.
Omar himself reversed his decision
