Modi can easily hold peace talks with russia & Ukraine..!?

For the past few years, ukraine has been suffocating due to the attacks of Russia. It seems that russia is ready for negotiations these days. The President of that country, Vladimir Putin, said the same thing. However, he gave only three countries the opportunity to mediate against Russia. In August, ukraine launched a border incursion near Kursk, Russia. It sent thousands of soldiers across the border and set out to capture many villages. And russia has started taking action on this. Answering the questions raised at the Eastern Economic Forum held in the city of Vladivostok, russia, Putin made it clear that russia is ready for negotiations, but that negotiations will be held on the basis of the agreement between russia and Kyiv signed in Istanbul in 2022.
 But after the recent visit of indian Prime minister Narendra Modi to ukraine, it seems that peace talks between russia and ukraine can be concluded. Putin said that he is ready for peace talks with ukraine and requested the cooperation of his allies like India, China, and brazil for that. Speaking in this context, "We have a habit of respecting friends and partners. I think our allies can solve the problems that caused the current war. We are in regular contact with them on these situations and are discussing the issues.” Putin said. Peskov said that there is a good relationship between the indian Prime minister and Putin. Modi has good relations with russia as well as Ukraine. That's why they expressed confidence that Modi can easily hold peace talks with these countries.
