Mangesh Yadav's encounter-What is the whole incident?
If we look at the whole incident, according to UP STF, on 28th August, a robbery was carried out in broad daylight at around 12:15 pm in Bharatji Jewelers of Sultanpur. In this case, police made 11 people accused. The main accused in this case was Vipin Singh, who surrendered in court on 4th September. Vipin Singh has a total of 36 cases registered against him not only in UP but also in Gujarat, including theft, assault, murder, etc. Mangesh was no match in this case. The question is arising why did STF not encounter Vipin Singh? How did he manage to surrender in the court by dodging the police?
On the other hand, UP police also had an encounter with the three accused in this case, Sachin Singh, Govind Singh and Tribhuvan. In this, all three were shot one bullet below the waist and they fell down injured. After this, the police arrest them, while in an encounter with Mangesh Yadav, Mangesh Yadav gets hit by four bullets. All the bullets hit above the waist. The question arises of why Mangesh Yadav could not be arrested when Sachin and others could be arrested. Therefore, questions are being raised on the UP STF.
