Komatireddy raj Gopal reddy contested the 2023 telangana assembly elections from Munugodu and won with 40,590 votes. raj Gopal reddy also served as a member of the Legislative Council. Became a part of the 15th Lok Sabha. Till october 2023, he remained with the bjp and fought hard. The local parties were given a very tough competition. Now joined the indian National Congress. He fought a lot in politics. Known as a dynamic leader. He entered politics at a young age and eventually won and fulfilled his wish. Komatireddy raj Gopal reddy was born in Brahmin Vellemla village, Narketpally, nalgonda district. His father's name is Papi Reddy. He completed his Bachelor of Arts degree.
Raj Gopal reddy won from the Bhongir constituency in 2009. An industrialist before joining politics. He raised his voice in parliament for special status for the state and actively participated in the telangana movement. In the 2014 elections, he lost to Boora Narsaiah Goud from the Bhongir parliamentary seat. komati reddy raj Gopal reddy has been elected Member of Legislative Council (MLC) for the local bodies constituency in nalgonda district. He resigned from the post with three years remaining. In the 2018 telangana election, he won from Munugodu assembly seat. He raised the issues of his constituency but was unsuccessful as the ruling trs party failed to fulfill the demands of the people. He resigned from his post as MLA.

Komatireddy raj Gopal reddy joined the bjp on the 21st of August. Komatireddy raj Gopal reddy, who contested as a bjp candidate in the Munugodu assembly by-election, lost to Koosukuntla prabhakar reddy of the BRS party. After that, he came back to congress and became an inspiration to young political leaders.
