The main reason for that is that although the farmers show little interest in growing tobacco, there is no difficulty in selling it, and by increasing the awareness of growing tobacco among all the farmers, as well as by providing an affordable price for the crop they have grown and creating markets for them to sell it, there is a possibility that more farmers will come forward to produce more tobacco.
