What should Atishi learn from sushma Swaraj?
In response to this question, journalist and author Rashid Kidwai says, 'A chief minister with a short tenure is a risk factor for any political party, be it bjp or aam aadmi party, because the shortcomings and flaws of the previous chief minister are imposed on the new Chief Minister. There are many examples of such experiments not being successful. Wherever the chief minister was changed before the elections, it was generally not successful and sushma swaraj was also one of them.
Now coming to Atishi, the biggest problem that can come after she becomes the cm is that assembly elections are to be held in delhi within the next few months. Kidwai further says that in this election, arvind kejriwal will contest for his prestige and he will also be a big issue. In such a situation, the problem after the elections will be whether Atishi will come back as cm again. This question will also raise questions on her way of working. Because when Kejriwal will return as cm, Atishi will be seen as a night watchman in cricket language. Understand it like this that when legal pressure was put on Lalu Yadav, he made his wife Rabri Devi the CM. Similarly, when jayalalitha had to step down from the post of chief minister 2-3 times, she made her party colleague Panneerselvam the chief minister every time and every time Panneer would resign with the same loyalty and jayalalitha would become the CM. We have just seen another example that when Hemant Soren had to step down from the post of chief minister, he made his colleague Champai Soren the cm, however, when hemant Soren tried to remove him from that post, he did not agree easily and today Champai Soren is in BJP.
Kidwai further says that from all these examples it seems that this task is going to be challenging for Atishi, such experiments have not proved to be very successful. The biggest question will be that if aam aadmi party wins the election with Atishi as the cm, then who will get the credit for it.
