PM Modi Slams congress for Insulting indian Faith and Culture

In a powerful address at a rally in Katra, Jammu and Kashmir, prime minister Narendra Modi took a strong stance against the congress party, accusing them of undermining indian faith and culture for political gain. Modi’s comments come in the wake of controversial remarks allegedly made by congress leader rahul gandhi during a recent visit abroad.

During his speech, Modi criticized congress for their perceived disregard for the cultural and religious sentiments of the indian people. He specifically targeted rahul gandhi, who, according to Modi, had insulted the core of indian spirituality by reportedly questioning the sanctity of indian deities.

“This is not just a political issue; it is a matter of our identity and values,” Modi declared. “The congress party, driven by its quest for a few votes, is ready to put our faith and culture at risk. rahul gandhi went abroad and made derogatory statements about our 'devi-devta'—our gods and goddesses. This is not just an insult; it is a direct attack on the very essence of our culture and beliefs.”

Modi urged the people of Jammu and Kashmir, and indeed all of India, to hold congress accountable for what he termed as a severe affront to their faith. He emphasized that the congress party’s actions were not merely about political strategy but represented a deeper disregard for the spiritual and cultural values cherished by millions of Indians.

Highlighting the BJP’s commitment to preserving and respecting indian traditions, Modi called upon voters to support his party as a way to safeguard the nation’s cultural heritage. “The bjp stands firmly with you in defending our faith and traditions. Unlike congress, we will never compromise our values for political gains. This is a battle for our identity, and together we will ensure that those who insult our beliefs are held accountable,” Modi asserted.

The rally in Katra was a clear demonstration of Modi’s strategy to rally the BJP’s base by framing the party’s opposition as protectors of indian cultural values against what they portray as Congress’s insensitivity and opportunism.
