Shots were fired on the convoy of congress candidate pradeep Chaudhary from Kalka seat of haryana near raipur Rani. The incident is reported in Bharouli village of raipur Rani. Goldy Kheri, who was present in his convoy, was shot and injured. He was referred to PGI for treatment.
Pradeep Chaudhary is the current mla from Kalka seat. The party has once again expressed confidence in him and fielded him. bjp has given ticket to shakti Rani Sharma against him on this seat.
Pradeep Chaudhary's supporter Vijendra Sharma told ABP Live that he was present at the time of the incident. His car was in the front and the car in the convoy on which the shots were fired was at the back. He told that we were in the front and only then did we come to know that Goldy was fired upon. Vijendra Sharma said that three rounds of firing took place and the people present there told that the attackers had come on a motorcycle.
