To celebrate the completion of 10 years of Swachhata Abhiyan in the country, Swachhata Hi Seva Pakhwada program was started in all the districts of the state including Jaipur. After a period of two weeks from 17 september to 1 October, UDH minister Jhabar Singh Kharra honored the institutions doing good work and getting marks in Jaipur. jaipur Greater Municipal Corporation got the first place among all the municipal corporations of the state, while Chittorgarh got the first place in nagar Parishad and Nohar got the first place in nagar Palika.
Municipal corporations, municipal councils, municipalities of rajasthan were given awards in first, second and third category. This is proof that good work has been done here.
Who got which place?
While setting ten standards for Swachhata Hi Seva Pakhwada, maximum 1000 marks have been fixed for Municipal Corporation, 400 marks for Municipal Council and 250 marks for nagar Palika.
jaipur Municipal Corporation secured first position in the state by securing 925 marks out of 1000 in this campaign. Ajmer Municipal Corporation got second position (835 marks) and South jodhpur Municipal Corporation got third position (810 marks).
In the Municipal Council category, Chittorgarh Municipal Council got 330 marks out of 400 and got first position. jaisalmer Municipal Council (310 marks) remained in second position. In nagar Palika, Noha Municipal Council got 205 marks out of 250 and was given first position. Ajitgarh, Bonali, Niwai, Raniwara and Shrimadhopur got second position (with 185-185 marks) and Bengu, Mandawar, Sadari Municipal Council got third position (with 180-180 marks).
