acb raids have been conducted at the premises of 2010 batch IAS officer Rajendra Vijay, who took over as Kota divisional commissioner a week ago. He has been APOed by the government in a short while. Now, Kota collector Dr ravindra Goswami, 2016 batch IAS officer, will take over the additional charge.

Rajendra Vijay is a senior IAS officer of Rajasthan. He was recently made the divisional commissioner of Kota. But the Anti-Corruption (ACB) teams have raided Rajendra Vijay's premises on wednesday morning. Two locations of divisional commissioner Rajendra Vijay in Kota and one in jaipur have been searched. His ancestral house in Dausa has been sealed for now.

Complaint was received

According to the information, there was a complaint of disproportionate assets against Rajendra Vijay. The agency had been keeping an eye on Vijay for a long time. acb presented its investigation report and complaint in the court on Tuesday. On this basis, the court had ordered the search.

When was the action taken?

After getting the hint, acb started searching Rajendra Vijay's four locations from 6:30 am on wednesday (2 October). Its monitoring is going on from acb headquarters. In fact, Rajendra Vijay took over the post of Kota divisional commissioner on 25 September. Rajendra Vijay's house is in Dubbi village of Dausa district. When acb reached his house in Dubbi in the morning, there was a stir in the village. Deputy SP Naval meena took action and sealed his house. According to the information, no one was present at Vijay's ancestral house during the action. After this incident, there is a stir in the administrative department here.
