Maharashtra chief minister and shiv sena chief Eknath Shinde is promoting the Ladli Behen Yojana (Mukhyamantri Majhi Ladki Behen Yojana) a lot to attract women voters. Meanwhile, he said on tuesday (October 1) that if his government gets the support of the women of the state, then the financial assistance amount under the 'Ladki Behen' scheme will be increased to Rs 3,000. Let us tell you that under the scheme started before the elections, women between 21 and 65 years of age are currently getting Rs 1,500 every month.

What did cm Shinde say?

chief minister Eknath Shinde asked, "Why do the opposition parties feel jealous of the welfare initiatives of his government." He said, "If the dear sisters give strength to the government, then the government will increase it from Rs 1,500 to Rs 2,000. It can even be done up to Rs 3,000. Shinde called the government's move to declare indigenous cows as "Rajya Mata-Gomata" a historic decision.

Claim of Mahayuti government

Addressing a conference of saints on the occasion of the inauguration of dharma Dhwaj at Kanheri Math in Kolhapur, he claimed that the 'Mahayuti' alliance of shiv sena, bharatiya janata party (BJP) and nationalist congress party (NCP) will return to power in the upcoming assembly elections. Eknath Shinde said that if we had not formed the government, which the common man was waiting for for two years, we would not have been able to strengthen our sisters, we would not have been able to give the status of 'Rajya Mata' to cows, we would not have been able to do the work that we could have done in these two years.

In june 2022, Eknath Shinde and several other shiv sena MLAs rebelled in the shiv sena and formed the government with the BJP. With this, the uddhav Thackeray-led government fell.
