In view of the upcoming assembly elections in Maharashtra, strategies are being made among all parties and alliances. Even in the Mahavikas Aghadi alliance, no final decision has been taken yet regarding seat sharing among the allies. Meanwhile, Samajwadi party leader Abu Azmi has claimed that the Mahavikas Aghadi will fight the assembly elections strongly. During this, he also targeted the ruling party without naming it. Samajwadi party leader Abu Azmi said, "The first thing is that the Mahavikas Aghadi should fight strongly. There should be no disagreement on whether the seats are less or more. The country is big, the party is not big."
Will remove those who trouble in the name of religion - Abu Azmi
He further said, "It is okay if the party becomes small but the country needs to be big. Those who are tearing the constitution to pieces. Those who are troubling people only in the name of religion. Samajwadi party is standing with the Mahavikas Aghadi with full force to remove such people.
We are demanding 12 seats - Abu Azmi
SP leader Abu Azmi also gave his reaction regarding the seats. He said, "We are demanding 12 seats but still we will consider the seat we get. Together with the Mahavikas Aghadi, we are going to contest elections on all 288 seats and defeat the communal forces. We will be happy when we defeat the communal forces." He also said, "I would like to request all the colleagues of the Mahavikas Aghadi not to fight over any seat. All of you should contest the elections together. Consider all the 288 seats of the state as your own and work hard. All of you should wave the flag of secularism and come back victorious."
