Many halls have been built for this. On the day of voting, EVM machines have been shifted to the trans room. A large number of security personnel are deployed there. Political agents are sitting there. Monitoring is being done through cameras. We have issued notices to the candidates to appoint polling agents.
'Counting will be done on 8 tables'
He told that EVMs will be counted on eight tables. postal ballots will be counted on two tables. Deputy Commissioners are holding two-three meetings every day to ensure counting results. Every kind of arrangement has been made for this. Everyone has been made aware. Which employee will sit on which table, it will be known at five in the morning on the day of counting. Counting of votes will start from eight in the morning.
