There was a stir in the health department after the death of the patient of Congo fever. The woman suffering from Congo fever died during treatment in Ahmedabad. After the death of the woman, today after the confirmation of Congo fever in her report, the team of the medical department reached her village, which created a stir. On behalf of the medical department, samples of the family members were taken by the medical team in Nandra Kala village of the deceased.

jodhpur Rural CMHO Dr. Pritam Singh said that a 51-year-old woman was ill for a long time in Nandra Kala village of jodhpur rural district area. On september 30, when the woman's health deteriorated, she was admitted to a private hospital.

From there she was taken to ahmedabad for treatment. She died during treatment on Sunday. At the same time, the woman's blood samples were sent to pune for examination to know the cause of her death. The woman's report came late on tuesday night in which the woman has been confirmed to have Congo fever. CMHO Dr Pritam Singh said that the medical team has been alerted as soon as the woman's Congo fever report came. On wednesday early morning, the teams reached nagar village and the entire village is being surveyed. Also, samples of all the woman's family members have been taken.

CMHO Dr Pritam Singh said that the woman suffering from Congo fever has died. That woman was involved in animal husbandry work. It is being told that living with animals increases the risk of Congo fever. An organism called Himoral, which sticks to the skin of animals, also increases this disease. Due to Congo fever infection, the patient feels fever and there is pain in the muscles of his body, he feels dizzy. He has a headache, burning sensation in the eyes and does not like light.

It is worth noting that the case of Congo fever came to light in jodhpur in the year 2019, at that time symptoms of this fever were seen in three children and two patients also died. For the first time in jodhpur, Congo fever cases were reported in the year 2014. Now, after 5 years, Congo fever has struck again in which a woman has died.
