Hilal Akbar Lone was one of them.

CCTV footage of the event was examined to ascertain the veracity of the allegations and the matter is being investigated under the rules of deliberately not standing and insulting the national anthem. On being questioned, Lone said that he did not stand due to a health problem. However, Hilal had reached the venue just a few hours before the incident and was standing normally. He gave an interview to the media including ABP News. Sources also said that the entire footage of the program will be scrutinized to find out who did not stand during the national anthem. On this, mla Hilal Akbar Lone said, "When the national anthem was played, I stood up but then sat down. I have a medical problem. When I went out for lunch, I did not sit on the chair even then, I sat on the ground. That is why I did not stand up. I had no intention to insult the Constitution. The supreme Court's ruling is that if someone does not stand up, it is not a crime. No one has contacted me yet for investigation. If there is an investigation, I will fully cooperate."
