The bhagwant mann government of punjab has issued clearance certificates to 51 colonizers, relieving the tension of builders. The certificates were distributed today on 16 (October) in the first special camp by the Housing Construction and Urban Development Department. The aim of the government is to fulfill the commitment of providing transparent, smooth, corruption-free and convenient services.
Housing Construction and Urban Development minister Hardeep Singh Mundia and Chief Secretary KAP Sinha handed over the licenses of colonies, completion certificates, partial completion certificates, letter of intent, zoning plan, building plan, promoter registration certificate and layout plan to 51 promoters/builders at punjab Bhawan.
Housing Construction and Urban Development minister Hardeep Singh Mundia said that the government led by chief minister bhagwant mann has organized such a special camp for the first time today to settle the pending works of people associated with real estate. A second camp will be organized at the end of November. He said that the department is committed to settle the works of promoters/developers on the basis of transparency and priority. Step towards providing civic facilities
Mundia asked the promoters/developers to try to provide maximum and high-level facilities to the local residents in the projects being developed. He said that the chief minister should contribute to making the state "Rangla Punjab" again and develop the cities in all aspects. Chief Secretary KAP Sinha said that the state government is very serious about the pending work. Today, by organizing special camps, pending works of people related to real estate are being completed and certificates are being given on the spot.
