Chandrababu Naidu Resumes Construction of CRDA office in Amaravati: A Vision for the Future**

In a significant move for the future of amaravati, chief minister Chandrababu Naidu inaugurated the construction of the seven-floor capital Region Development Authority (CRDA) office building today. His passionate address underscored the project’s importance as a cornerstone for the state's development, positioning amaravati as a beacon of progress in Andhra Pradesh.

"We are here to rewrite history," Naidu proclaimed, reflecting on the numerous challenges faced during the bifurcation of the state. He drew parallels to his past achievements, recalling the transformation of Cyberabad into a bustling urban center. "Back then, we built eight-lane roads and allocated 5,000 acres for shamshabad Airport, which faced skepticism. Visionary development often encounters resistance, but it is essential for progress."

Highlighting the community effort behind Amaravati's land acquisition, Naidu acknowledged the contribution of local farmers. "We convinced farmers to give their lands for the greater good. A remarkable 54,000 acres were dedicated for the capital’s development, with women farmers playing a vital role in standing up against the YSRCP government," he stated.

Naidu reiterated his vision for balanced regional development, asserting, "Amaravati will remain the capital of the state. I have always advocated for one state, one capital. Simultaneously, Visakhapatnam will be designated as the financial capital, and we will establish industries and a high court bench in Kurnool."

In a bold declaration regarding the future, Naidu introduced "Vision 2047," aiming to position andhra pradesh as a leader by the centenary of India's independence. "When I proposed Vision 2020, many ridiculed me, labeling me as 420. Those who mocked my vision are now the 420s, while Cyberabad flourishes. I call upon everyone to embrace Vision 2047, steering andhra pradesh towards remarkable growth. By 2047, I envision Telugus in top positions across the globe."

The construction of the CRDA office building at Uddandarayunipalem in Tulluru Mandal, which carries a budget of Rs 160 crore, marks a resumption of progress halted by the YSRCP government after taking office. The building will occupy 3.62 acres, with an additional 2.51 acres allocated for parking and landscaping. While the initial groundwork was laid in 2017 during Naidu’s previous term, the project now awaits the completion of architectural finishes, interiors, and electrical work.

As Naidu, alongside minister Narayana, performed a puja at the construction site, the event symbolized a renewed commitment to Amaravati's development and the ambitious goals set for the future. With a focus on sustainable growth and regional equity, the Chief Minister's vision aims to ensure that amaravati remains at the forefront of Andhra Pradesh's journey towards prosperity.
