An attempt was made to derail the train in the capital lucknow once again, after which there was a stir. It is being told that a big bundle of wood was kept on the railway track here, but due to the presence of mind of the loco pilot, a major accident was averted. He informed about it in time, after which the movement of the train was stopped there.
This incident is being told of Malihabad police station area of lucknow where a bundle of wood was kept on the railway track to derail the train. This wood was put at the time when train number 14236 Bareilly varanasi was to pass through this track. But, the loco pilot noticed it in time and due to the presence of mind of the pilot, a major accident was averted. The loco pilot applied emergency brakes as soon as he saw the girl, after which the wood got stuck in the engine of the train.

The loco pilot immediately informed the senior officials after which the RPF and police team reached the spot and removed the girls from the track. Due to this, there was some delay in the running of the train. It is being told that some stones were also kept on the track along with the wood. The police has registered an FIR in this case under sections 151 and 153 of the Railway Act 1989. The matter is being investigated.
Giving information on this matter, DCP West Omveer Singh said that on the night of october 24 at 12:00, the RPF officer informed the Malihabad police station that a bundle of wood was lying on the railway track about one km from Malihabad towards Lucknow. On receiving this information, the police and RPF team reached the spot and the spot was inspected. A large piece of acacia tree of one meter was lying on the spot. After which it was removed and the rail service was operated again. In this case, on the complaint of the section engineer on Friday, the accused has been registered under relevant sections and the crime team of West Zone has been engaged to successfully uncover the case, the police is taking further action in this case.
