As per report shiv sena uddhav thackeray faction has released another list of candidates for the maharashtra assembly elections. In this, the party has announced the names of three candidates. In this list, shiv sena UBT has given tickets to Haroon Khan from Versova, Sanjay Bhalerao from Ghatkopar West and Sandip Naik from Vile Parle.
Perhaps all these three seats belong to BJP. Here the contest will be between bjp vs Shiv Sena-UBT. Ghatkopar assembly seat comes under mumbai North east lok sabha constituency. ram Kadam has won the last three elections from here. He won in 2009 from MNS and the remaining two elections on bjp ticket. ram Kadam is contesting from here again. Versova comes under mumbai North West lok sabha seat. BJP's Bharti Lavekar has won the last two elections from here. Mahayuti has not yet fielded a candidate from Versova. Vile Parle is also a bjp seat. BJP's Parag Alvani won the election from this assembly constituency located within mumbai North lok sabha seat. bjp has given ticket to Parag Alvani from here for the third consecutive time i.e. in the 2024 elections also.
Moreover shiv sena has so far released the list of its 83 candidates. The first list had 65 names in which aditya thackeray has been fielded from Worli. The second list was also released today which has 15 names. So far in Mahavikas Aghadi, congress has fielded candidates on 71 seats and ncp SP on 67 seats. In Mahayuti, bjp has announced candidates on 99 seats, shiv sena on 45 seats, and Ajit Pawar's ncp has also announced candidates on 45 seats. That is, Mahayuti has so far fielded candidates on 189 seats and Mahavikas Aghadi on 221 seats.
