Reportedly be it national politics or maharashtra politics. After learning the tricks of politics by holding the uncle's finger, the story of rebellion and challenge from one's own uncle in politics is not a new thing. The history of indian politics is full of times, in which sometimes the uncle prevailed over the nephew and sometimes the nephew over the uncle. This is not the first fight of uncle vs nephew in maharashtra too. Actually the game of power is such that everyone always wants to win the game and this desire to win sometimes leads to division of families and sometimes division of parties. In the desire for power, the family feud comes on the streets in a moment and along with the opposition parties, the public also takes a dig at this political fight.

Currently the excitement of maharashtra assembly elections has increased. In the lok sabha elections, in the fight between sister-in-law Sunetra Pawar and sister-in-law supriya sule on the Baramati lok sabha seat, the sister-in-law prevailed. Now, after 6 months, nephew Yugendra Pawar is challenging uncle ajit pawar in the assembly elections. Meanwhile, Chhagan Bhujbal said on the rebellion of his nephew sameer Bhujbal that all nephews have the same DNA. The list of political fights between uncles and nephews is very long, especially in Maharashtra. The fights between uncles and nephews are such that some caused division in the house and party, while some reconciled and got the chair.

Moreover in maharashtra, the Marathi regionalist and Hindu ultra-nationalist shiv sena political party was founded by bal thackeray in 1966. After forming the party, balasaheb got the support of his brother Shrikant thackeray and the next generation son uddhav thackeray and nephew raj Thackeray. raj Thackeray started his political career by starting the student wing of shiv sena, Bharatiya Vidyarthi Sena. He came into the limelight during the campaign for the 1990 maharashtra assembly elections. In the 1990s, raj Thackeray considered himself the successor of his uncle Balasaheb. However, balasaheb gave preference to his son uddhav Thackeray. Revolting against balasaheb thackeray, thackeray founded maharashtra navnirman sena (MNS) on 9 march 2006 in Mumbai. After this, when the lok sabha and assembly elections were held in 2009, raj Thackeray could not do much but left no stone unturned to defeat the Shiv Sena-BJP alliance by cutting their votes.
