Majwadi Party's state president Abu Azmi has issued a message on social media for Mahavikas Aghadi. Abu Azmi said that "Samajwadi party does not want the secular votes to be divided in Maharashtra. SP is still waiting for the reply of Mahavikas Aghadi."

Abu Azmi wrote on 'X', ''SP National President akhilesh yadav ji has said that in Maharashtra, SP will first try its best to fight the elections with the alliance, if the alliance does not want to keep SP with it, then SP will contest elections only from where its organization is strong, and will contest elections from where the alliance does not suffer any loss. Along with this, he also said that 'there is no place for sacrifice in politics'.''

congress has fielded candidates on the seats demanded by SP

Samajwadi party is demanding 12 seats from Mahavikas Aghadi. Out of the seats demanded by SP, congress has already fielded candidates on three, after which Abu Azmi's statement has come. Due to the confusion on the seats, SP has not fielded candidates, due to which they are not getting a chance to campaign.

There are 288 assembly seats in Maharashtra. Out of these, the three constituent parties of Mahavikas Aghadi, congress, NCP-SP and shiv sena It is UBT. It has already announced candidates for most of the seats it has got under the alliance as the last date for nomination is 29 October. Whereas the voting will be held on 20 November, which is less than a month away.
