Actually, the arrested accused had threatened to kill salman khan by sending a message to mumbai Traffic police Control on tuesday (29 October). The accused had demanded 2 crores through a message and threatened to kill if the money was not given. police officer said that on Wednesday, the police arrested a person named Azam Mohammad Mustafa, a resident of Bandra (East). He is accused of allegedly threatening to kill salman khan and demanding two crore rupees from him. salman khan lives in Galaxy Apartment in Mumbai's posh area Bandra (West), where two motorcycle-borne men opened fire in April.

Had received threats earlier too

Earlier this month too, the whatsapp helpline desk of mumbai Traffic police had received a threatening message in which a ransom of five crore rupees was demanded from the actor. police had arrested a person from jamshedpur in jharkhand in this connection. mumbai police on monday arrested a person from noida in Uttar Pradesh, who is accused of threatening to kill salman khan and nationalist congress party (NCP) leader Zeeshan Siddiqui. Zeeshan's father Baba Siddiqui was shot dead by three gunmen in Bandra (East) on october 12.

Firing took place in April

salman khan had earlier received death threats from the lawrence Bishnoi gang. Suspected members of the gang had opened fire outside the actor's Bandra house in april this year. A few months ago, the Navi mumbai police had exposed a plot by the Bishnoi gang to kill Khan, after which the actor's security was increased.
