The previous congress and congress PARTY' target='_blank' title='nationalist congress party-Latest Updates, Photos, Videos are a click away, CLICK NOW'>nationalist congress party governments continued to ignore Marathwada. In comparison to western maharashtra, the development was much less. There was no major investment in the area. Therefore, infrastructure and economic development or Bhagcha Khuntla would have happened.

There have been significant efforts to improve the situation in recent years, particularly by the united states government or those focused on revitalizing the region's industrial capacity. Or a key person in the undertaking i.e. Devendra Fadnavis. Who played an important role in establishing aurangabad Industrial City (AURIC) as a part of delhi mumbai Industrial Corridor (DMIC) under the National Industrial Corridor Development Programme. The objective of the project is to convert Marathwadyla into an industrial hub and provide important opportunities for economic development and employment.
However, AURIC's progress would have been significantly delayed during the tenure of the Eastern maha Vikas Aghadi government. Due to this, its impact on industrial development in Marathwada would have been limited, basically, it would have been expected to develop significantly. The Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor (DMIC) represents India's most ambitious infrastructure effort, aiming to transform the nation into a global manufacturing powerhouse. This $100 billion project seeks to boost India's production capacity and position itself as a major competitor in global trade. The first phase of DMIC involves the creation of eight new cities of 1,500 km in length in maharashtra, Delhi-NCR, Haryana, Rajasthan, Gujarat, and Uttar Pradesh or allied states. It also includes a proposed 4,000 MW power plant and a high-speed railway freight rail line connecting delhi and Mumbai's main ports, jawaharlal nehru Port Trust (JNPT) and mumbai Port Trust (MBPT). The centerpiece of the DMIC is the Western Dedicated Freight Corridor (DFC), a high-speed, high-capacity freight network connecting key industrial regions, making production more globally competitive. The project includes nine mega industrial zones, a Saha lane expressway between mumbai and delhi, and three Bandera and Saha airports. The main objectives of DMIC are to triple industrial production in nine years, double employment in seven years, and quadruple growth in exports over the decade.

Aurangabad Industrial City (AURIC): India's first planned industrial smart city One of the flagship projects of DMIC, AURIC is a 10,000-acre (40 square kilometers) industrial smart city on the outskirts of Aurangabad. Managed by aurangabad Industrial Township Limited (AITL) - a collaboration between DMIC Development Corporation and maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation - AURIC has received an investment package of Rs 7.9 billion from the government of India.

Aiming to become a major production hub, AURIC expects to achieve export production of approximately $11.6 billion. Due to this more than 300,000 jobs will be created in various sectors. Due to this the employment landscape of the state will be significantly benefited. Sixty percent of AURIC's area is zoned for industrial purposes, while the remaining forty percent is reserved for residential, commercial, and public spaces.

Shendra-Bidkin Industrial Area (SBIA) Shendra-Bidkin Industrial Area (SBIA) is a major component of Auricha, consisting of extensive land and infrastructure facilities aimed at high-rise industries.
The development of AURIC is divided into two phases:
Phase 1 - Shendra: 17 km from aurangabad city, area of 8.39 square kilometers.

Second Stage 2 - Bidkin: 31.79 square kilometers Vyapelela, this is the main second stage of Aurikha.

Connectivity and Accessibility Auric's strategic location and connectivity enhance its attractiveness for global business. It is a 10-minute drive from aurangabad International airport and has easy access to major highways and railway networks. Due to its proximity to Mumbai's logistics centers and jawaharlal nehru Port Trust, it will be easy to export smoothly to regions like South Asia, ASEAN, and Europe. Smart technologies incorporate advanced information and communication technologies (ICT) for efficient city management along with e-governance systems to manage sustainable urban services. This approach does not merely reduce bureaucratic inflections. The level aligns with the vision of creating a knowledge-driven ecosystem. With an emphasis on sustainability, it also includes eco-friendly infrastructure such as Auric's engineered rainwater harvesting, energy-efficient buildings, and waste recycling.

Key Industrial Sectors and Key Investments: Auric targets sectors critical to India's economic growth, such as automotive and EV components, electronics manufacturing, food processing, pharmaceuticals, and textiles. AURIC's growth is driven by its large investment base with toyota Kirloskar's 20,000 crore facility. The objective of industrialization or revival of Marathwada or development of the state, creation of employment opportunities, and economic progress through employment opportunities through Guntavanuki, making the much-awaited path of prosperity in Marathwada more pleasant or the main objective of the project is the main objective of the project and devendra fadnavis has a big role in achieving this.
