raj Thackeray's statement has created a political uproar in the state amidst the maharashtra assembly elections. At the same time, bjp candidate from Kankavali assembly constituency Nitesh Rane has also supported MNS chief raj Thackeray's statement on installing loudspeakers on mosques.

Nitesh Rane said, "The loudspeakers installed on mosques are all illegal. They violate the high court order. What raj Thackeray is saying and what every Hindu activist is saying is that if there has to be religious harmony in maharashtra and if one law has to be applied to all religions, then the laws applicable to Hindus should also be applicable to other religions.

'This is not their Abba's Pakistan'

He further said, "If Hindus are not allowed to play music after 10 pm during our festivals like navratri or Ganesh Chaturthi, then the same rule should apply to loudspeakers installed on mosques, which are often played five times a day. This is not their Abba's Pakistan. They cannot come here and play loudspeakers."

'Rules should apply to Muslim community as well'

Rane finally said, "So, what raj Thackeray is saying and what we all believe is that law and order should be followed in maharashtra, and the same law that applies to Hindus should also apply to the Muslim community."
