A plastic shop caught fire due to a short circuit in Phulambri of Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra. Three people who went to open the shop in which the fire broke out died on the spot. The names of the deceased are being told as Nitin Nagare, Gajanan Wagh, Salim Sheikh. The incident happened around 1 o'clock late at night.
7 people had died earlier
A similar incident was seen in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar in the month of april this year. Due to which seven people died. A fire broke out in a shop in Danabazar area of the cantonment area of Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar city. Which also engulfed the house located above it. The cause of the fire is believed to be an electric scooter which was plugged in for charging. Due to which the fire broke out and spread to the tailor shop located next to it. The flames of fire also engulfed the upper floor. Where a family lived.
The smoke emanating from the fire caused the death of people sleeping in the house due to suffocation. By the time the fire brigade team controlled the fire and took out the people trapped inside the house, 2 minors, three women and two men had died. After which their bodies were sent to the medical college for postmortem. Among the dead were 50-year-old hamida Begum A Aziz, her 30-year-old son Wasim Abdul Sheikh, his wife 23-year-old Tanveer and 35-year-old Sohail Abdul Aziz, his wife Reshma and their children, three-year-old girl Asim and two-year-old son Pari. These deaths in the month of Ramadan had shocked the city.
