An incident has come to light from a private school in Bengaluru which has shocked everyone. According to the information, on friday (8 November), some students were sprinkling water on each other in Holy Christ english school in Bengaluru. Meanwhile, a few drops of water fell on one of their teachers. She got angry due to the falling of water and she beat the student with a wooden stick. Due to which the child's tooth broke. According to the report of Times of India, as soon as the information of the case was received, police officers reached the school and registered an FIR against the teacher. According to the FIR, the name of the teacher is Azmath. After this, on friday afternoon, Azmath complained to the police and told that she wants to file a complaint against the student's parents. She said that some time ago there was a dispute between them regarding the fees. The police had already issued a notice to her and took her statement on the incident.
The student's father made another revelation to the media
According to police officials, based on the complaint filed by the student's father, a case has been registered against Azmath under the Juvenile Justice Act and BNS Section 122. However, the punishment under these sections is less than seven years, so Azmath will not be arrested. Speaking to the media, the student's father said that last year another teacher of the same school had also beaten his 6-year-old daughter, due to which her hands were swollen for a week. He said that when he questioned the school administration, they apologized and gave an apology letter.
The child's tooth broke after hitting the table
The child's father said that his son and other students were filling glue tubes with water and sprinkling it on each other during lunch. During this time, Azmath came and the water fell on her clothes, due to which she got angry and hit his son with a wooden stick. Meanwhile, Arpita VL, head of the school administration, denied the allegations and said that the boy's tooth broke when he tried to run away to escape the teacher's beating. She said, "The teacher did not hit him, she just picked up a wooden scale to scare the child. The boy was trying to run away. Due to which his face hit the table and his tooth broke."
