The Mahavikas Aghadi (MVA) has promised in its manifesto that 40 percent of the foreign direct investment (FDI) coming into the country will come to Maharashtra. On this, Eknath Shinde faction mp Milind Deora has surrounded the MVA. Milind Deora said that the Mahayuti government has already achieved 52 percent FDI and the MVA has promised to reduce it to 40 percent. Milin Deora wrote on 'X', "MVA's approach is really shocking. The Mahayuti government led by cm Eknath Shinde has brought 52 percent of India's total FDI to Maharashtra. Yet the MVA is promising to reduce it to 40 percent in its manifesto. Is this their ambition for our state?''
MVA also gave place to industrial policy in manifesto
MVA released its manifesto today and made some big promises regarding industries like it said that we have to ensure that projects in maharashtra do not go to other states so that local people can get maximum employment. It said that a new employment-oriented and unemployment-free industrial policy will be made to improve Maharashtra's credibility in the industrial sector and bring maharashtra back to the top position in the country.
Promised to create a golden triangle
The focus of this industrial policy will be on attracting foreign investment, promoting exports and encouraging micro, medium and small enterprises. A separate ministry for micro and small enterprises will be set up in the state. A new 'golden triangle' will be created by connecting the industrial centers of Marathwada, Vidarbha and North maharashtra to create new economic and employment opportunities.
