On wednesday (November 13) afternoon, an unknown person called the CISF control room regarding mumbai airport T1 and threatened to bomb. During this, the caller also told that a person named Mohammed is traveling from mumbai to azerbaijan with explosives.

As soon as this information was received, CISF informed the Sahar police about it. After this, the officials immediately started an emergency investigation at the airport. Let us tell you, from october 14 till now, hundreds of planes have received bomb threats.

Threats are being received continuously

This series of receiving bomb threats in the plane has increased a lot in the past months. On october 20, at least 14 flights of various airlines received bomb threats. Meanwhile, six indigo flights were threatened with bombs, out of which three were international flights.

On october 16, Akasa air going from delhi to Bangalore and indigo flight coming from mumbai to delhi received bomb threats. During this period, a total of 12 flights of indian airlines received bomb threats in three days. Apart from this, on october 27, a person at Chhatrapati shivaji Maharaj international airport threatened a Central Industrial Security Force jawan and said that if the plane takes off, no passenger will survive. Later when the investigation was done, it was found that the youth was lying. Due to this, the take-off of the plane was also delayed.
