In UP, policemen make criminals surrender by making gunshots. They do encounters one after the other and even make live videos of arrests of the biggest goons and mafia. After the tremendous fame gained from all these pomp and show, now the latest feat of Basti police is presented. A person was sent behind the bars of the jail in a case in which the name of that person is nowhere to be seen. Now the poor fellow is out on bail without any reason and is seeking justice.
Kalwari police of Basti sent jai Prakash Mishra to jail on warrant in case number 84/94. Now when the victim has come out of jail on bail after 7 days, it has come to light that he has nothing to do with the case in which he was arrested and sent to jail by the promising police of Basti. jai Prakash Mishra, who returned after serving jail term without committing any crime, said that when a warrant was issued from the court for a case in 1994, the police of Kalwari police station caught him without checking the register and sent him to jail after making him appear in court.
The victim pleaded for justice
He kept saying that he was innocent but his plea was not heard. Now when he came out, he asked the court in which case he was sent to jail, the court asked for a report from the police station, after which the police inspector sent a report that no such case was registered in his name in which jai Prakash was sent to jail. With this report, jai Prakash Mishra is now pleading with the officials for justice.
When we talked to Kalwari police station in-charge and Kalwari Circle DSP pradeep Tripathi about this matter, he said that a summons had come from the court, on the basis of which jai Prakash was presented in the court and sent to jail. jai Prakash says that he was sent to jail under sections of fraud and fraud, while now the police is saying that jai Prakash was sent to jail under minor sections of assault and abuse. But when no case was registered against jai Prakash in 1994, then under which charge and section was jai Prakash sent to jail? No police officer has the answer to this question.
