According to police Commissioner madhukar Pandey, a case has been registered against many people. The election commission has also seized more than 9 lakh cash and some documents.
Meanwhile on this matter, Additional Chief election Officer maharashtra Kiran Kulkarni said that everything is under control, we will work according to the law. He told that after receiving information in Nalasopara, the police reached the spot. The flying squad of the election machinery formed to follow the code of conduct also reached the spot. The flying squad inspected the premises and also made some seizures. Actually, in Vasai Virar, Bahujan Vikas Aghadi had accused Vinod Tawde of distributing money. Due to this allegation, there was a fight between bjp and Bahujan Vikas Aghadi workers in Nalasopara, Palghar.
Moreover on this allegation, Vinod Tawde said, "A meeting was going on in Nalasopara constituency. I had gone there to tell them about the voting day and the rules of conduct. What happens in polling. The opposition thought that I am distributing money, get it investigated by whoever you want. The election commission should conduct an impartial investigation on this."
