Justin Trudeau said that his country is committed to following international law and court decisions. Trudeau's statement made it clear that if Benjamin Netanyahu came to canada after the warrant was issued by the ICC, he would be arrested. Trudeau made this statement when the international Criminal court issued an arrest warrant against Israeli prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu, former Defense minister Yoav Galant as well as Hamas military commander.

Why did the ICC issue an arrest warrant?
