The hearing on Varanasi's Kashi Vishwanath-Gyanvapi dispute was held on friday (22 November). During the hearing, the Hindu side demanded an ASI survey of the mosque by opening its sealed wuzukhaana. Along with this, a demand was also made for scientific investigation of the Shivling-like structure found in the wuzukhaana. The supreme court issued a notice to the mosque side on this demand. The next hearing of this case will be on december 17. UP minister Sanjay Kumar Nishad's statement has also come out on the notice issued to the Muslim side. On the Gyanvapi case, minister Sanjay Kumar Nishad said that india belongs to Indians. When it is a crime in islam to worship at a disputed place, then those people should leave this land. The court will give its decision and just like ram temple is built, baba Vishwanath's temple will also be built.
ASI survey of 8 basements could not be done
Let us tell you that this notice has been issued on the petition filed by Hindu petitioners. Hindu side lawyer Madan Mohan Yadav said, this matter has been taken to the supreme court by the Hindu side. The Shivling in the Wuzu Khana has not yet been surveyed by the Archaeological Department. This will make it clear whether it is a Shivling or a fountain. The Muslim side claims that it is a fountain. ASI survey was conducted, in which ASI survey of 8 out of 12 basements of Gyanvapi could not be done. Along with this, the Jyotirlinga under the main dome has also not been surveyed.
What did advocate vishnu Shankar Jain say?
Advocate vishnu Shankar Jain said, we had claimed on May 16, 2022 that a Shivling has been found in the so-called Wuzu Khana. However, Anjuman Intezamia denied it and said that it is a fountain. In view of this, we had demanded an ASI survey of it. We have now issued a notice to the Muslim side in this matter. Apart from this, the Muslim side has been asked to file its reply within two weeks. In such a situation, it remains to be seen what the Muslim side says in its reply.
