The authority has installed diya lights at about 100 locations on major routes of Greater noida, such as 105 meter road, near Pari Chowk on Noida-Greater noida Expressway, Surajpur-Kasna Road, 60 meter road. Authority CEO NG ravi Kumar gave instructions to decorate Greater noida with some special lights. He entrusted this responsibility to ACEO Prerna Singh. The ACEO has said that the Chaupal campaign will continue in the future as well. Other residential sectors of Greater noida will also be connected to it.

Lights will be installed at dark spots
Prerna Singh said that the Chaupal program has also been started on the instructions of the CEO, in which the team of the Electrical Engineering Department of Greater noida Authority goes to the residential sectors and meets the RWA officials. The team collects information about the dark spots in that sector and submits the report to the senior officials. The officials of the authority verify the dark spots by talking to the RWA over the phone. Lights will be installed at these dark spots. The team of the Electrical Engineering Department of the Authority has so far covered sectors like Sector Jew One, Two and Three, Sector Pi One and Two, Sector-36, Sector-3, Sector Omicron One and Two etc.
