An incident that shames humanity and relationships has come to light from Borivali area of Mumbai. Here a beastly father was raping his two minor daughters for the last six years. Borivali police has now registered a complaint under the POCSO Act in the case and arrested the accused father. The mother of the victim girls lodged a complaint at the Borivali police station and said, this has been going on since 2019. The 40-year-old accused father has been raping his two minor daughters since the last six years i.e. 2019. According to the police, the accused used to beat his wife on protesting, due to which the woman, fed up, has now lodged a complaint at the Borivali police station.
Case registered under these sections
Borivli police has registered a case under section 64 (2) (F), 64 (2) (M), 115 (2), 351 (2) of BNS and section 6 and 10 of POCSO. After registering the case, the police arrested the accused father and now the medical examination of the victim girls will be done.
Rape by giving drugs
Last month i.e. in October, a case of rape of an 18-year-old girl by giving her drugs came to light in nirmal Nagar in Bandra area of Mumbai. According to police sources, the accused gave a lift to the victim on the pretext of dropping her home. After this, he mixed the drugs in water and made her drink it, then raped her.
The girl had alleged that when she was unconscious, two people took her to an unknown place and raped her. The girl had also alleged that the accused had threatened to kill her if she told anyone about this. After the incident, the victim lodged a complaint at nirmal Nagar police station in Bandra. The police had registered a case against the accused Firoz Abdul Motin Khan and another person in this case. The police had arrested Motin Khan.
