As per report a strange scene was seen on Thursday, the fourth day of the five-day winter session of the bihar Legislature, when opposition RJD mla Bhai Virendra went to sit on the chair of chief minister Nitish Kumar. After this there was a lot of uproar. On this, Bhai Virendra clarified that there should be seat arrangement in the assembly, our three MLAs are going and sitting in the ruling party, when someone can sit anywhere, then we also went to sit on the Chief Minister's chair. Now regarding this, leader of Opposition Tejashwi Yadav also supported Bhai Virendra's feat and said that he had gone to open the eyes of the government and to alert it, he is not sitting on the chair. Tejashwi Yadav said that before the assembly started, in the meeting held regarding the operation of the assembly, our whip Akhtarul shaheen had given a written letter to the Speaker of the assembly and warned that the membership of the rebel MLAs should be taken.

Perhaps we demanded action against them many times, but no action has been taken till now and they kept sitting there. He said that then anyone can sit anywhere, while everyone's seat is allotted. The ruling party, the opposition, ministers, the chief minister, the leader of the Opposition, everyone has a seat allotted, so how can anyone sit anywhere like this and when the party has written to take action against three people, then why is no action being taken.

Moreover the leader of the Opposition said that the third session has passed and they are continuously attending. It is visible somewhere that nothing is going on as per the rules. The government has gone above the rules, so today there was a lot of anger among our MLAs and the government has been warned to open its eyes regarding this. No one is sitting anywhere. Bhai Virendra also went to the Chief Minister's seat, but he was not sitting, he had gone to warn that the house will run as per the rules and regulations.
