The team of Mukherjee nagar police station of delhi has solved a murder case and arrested an accused Deshraj resident of A 270, T-Huts Indira Vikas Colony delhi age-26 years, PS Mukherjee Nagar. delhi Police has also solved the murder case registered in PS Mukherjee nagar under FIR No. 1073/24 U/S 103(1) BNS. Accused Deshraj is a novice criminal. According to the DCP, there was a fight between the deceased and the accused 1 year ago and on november 28, when the accused reached near the deceased's house, the deceased hit the accused, after which the accused stabbed the deceased in the ribs, due to which he lost his life.
The doctor had declared the patient dead
The incident is of november 28, when a PCR call was received at Mukherjee nagar police station in which it was told, "A boy has come to the house and stabbed my brother-in-law on the waist". After which ASI Laxmi Chand along with his staff reached the spot. Injured Chhote Lal son of Mool Chand, resident of N-15/149 Indira Vikas Colony, Mukherjee nagar delhi age-25 years was shifted to BJRM Hospital through MLC No. 262712/24, where the doctor declared the patient dead.
On investigation, accused Deshraj was found to be a novice criminal
Police then registered a case under FIR No. 1073/24 U/S 103(1) BNS at PS Mukherjee nagar and started investigation. A team was formed under the leadership of ACP Model Town jai Narayan along with Inspector Brijesh Kumar of Mukherjee nagar police station to investigate the matter, after which on the basis of eyewitness statement, Deshraj son of Jaipal resident of A 270 T-Huts Indira Vikas Colony delhi age-26 years (e-rickshaw driver) was arrested. On investigation, accused Deshraj was found to be a novice criminal. According to the police, further efforts are being made to find out his possible involvement in other cases as well.
