delhi bjp President Virendra Sachdeva met MCD Commissioner Ashwani Kumar today with the demand to cancel the requirement of factory license for industries running in various industrial areas of Delhi. Virendra Sachdeva told the MCD Commissioner that Section 416 of the Municipal Corporation Act is no longer required because when it was brought, government industrial areas were not developed in delhi, but today delhi has private authorized and approved industrial areas along with government industrial areas.
Virendra Sachdeva said that when there are legal approved industrial areas in delhi, then the need for Municipal Corporation Factory License and NOC on plot sale etc. should be abolished for those who have got approved industrial plots there. After the discussion, MCD Commissioner Ashwani Kumar assured Virendra Sachdeva that the delhi Municipal Corporation will accept this demand and issue necessary instructions immediately.
After which delhi bjp President Virendra Sachdeva said that as per the assurance given by the MCD Commissioner, many demands of Laghu Udyog Bharati related to various industrial areas of delhi including Narela, Bavna, Badli have been accepted and this is a big relief. This initiative of bjp is being linked to the delhi Assembly elections because as the elections are coming closer, political parties are trying to woo women, businessmen and youth and this is also a part of this effort.
