There has been a lot of politics in the name of Seemanchal in Bihar. leader of Opposition Tejashwi Yadav has left no stone unturned to woo the voters of Seemanchal during his 'Karyakarta Darshan Saha Samvad Yatra'. While listing the problems of Seemanchal, he called this area the most backward and also made a flurry of promises.

Muslim voters play a decisive role in Seemanchal

In fact, Tejashwi also reached Katihar, Araria, Purnia and Kishanganj during his journey. Here he also tried to woo the women voters in particular. There are about 24 assembly seats in Seemanchal and Muslim voters play a decisive role in most of the seats in this area. RJD's vote bank has also been considered to be Yadav and Muslim voters. It is also believed that the path to power in bihar becomes easier through Seemanchal.

By the way, bjp and JDU are also eyeing the Seemanchal area. In the lok sabha elections too, nda had held rallies of big leaders here. In the 2020 assembly elections, nda won 12 out of 24 assembly seats in Seemanchal. JDU was also a part of the nda alliance in the last election. Tejashwi is clearly saying in the course of his visit that Seemanchal area is backward and has many problems.

Attempt to attract women voters

In this sequence, he is seen targeting chief minister Nitish Kumar more than BJP. Tejashwi is also communicating with women by calling them Matri shakti during his Seemanchal visit. In this sequence, he is also attracting women voters through 'Mai Behin Maan Yojana'. He says that if the Mahagathbandhan government is formed, Rs 2,500 will be given to the women's account every month. Apart from this, he is making many promises.
