As per report Uttar Pradesh chief minister Yogi Adityanath gave the mantra of victory to the party workers here on friday for the upcoming by-election on the Milkipur assembly seat, saying that when Kundarki and Katehari seats can be won, then elections can be won on any seat. In the assembly elections held in the year 2022, Samajwadi Party's Awadhesh prasad defeated bjp candidate Gorakhnath from Milkipur constituency. Awadhesh prasad defeated bjp veteran Lallu Singh in the faizabad (Ayodhya) parliamentary seat in the lok sabha elections held this year and made headlines. According to an official statement, cm Yogi on friday reviewed the preparations so far for the upcoming by-election on the Milkipur assembly seat with ministers, party officials, workers and public representatives here.
Perhaps he also asked questions about the election from the party workers. While giving the mantra of victory to the party officials, cm Yogi said, "When the by-elections on Kundarki and Katehari seats can be won, then any election can be won." During the meeting, the chief minister emphasized on booth management and activating the party officials.
Moreover he said that the booth officials should identify the bjp voters and ensure 100 percent voting of these voters. The chief minister instructed the officials that the devotees reaching ayodhya should not face any inconvenience in the cold and proper arrangements should be made in time. On november 25 this year, the allahabad High court allowed the withdrawal of two petitions challenging the election of Awadhesh Prasad, thereby paving the way for holding a by-election on this seat. In the by-elections held on november 20 on nine assembly seats in the state except Milkipur, the ruling bjp and its ally RLD (Rashtriya Lok Dal) won seven seats while the SP was able to capture only two seats.
