Former district President azad Singh said on this occasion, "Tulsi Pujan has been a part of our history, but earlier people did not give much importance to it. Now awareness has increased and 25 december is the day of Tulsi Pujan for us. Tulsi is not just a plant, it is a symbol of medicine, peace and energy". He also said that this event is held every year and it has nothing to do with elections. He said that due to social media and increasing awareness in the society, people have now started understanding their traditions.

Message of the event

In the program, Madad Foundation President Ravinder Verma said, "This event is an effort to make people aware of our Sanatan culture. It is not just Hindu culture, but it is a lifestyle made to give to the entire society. Our culture teaches us to give back to society and nature." He further said that today's youth is educated and is not limited to only modern education. He is also trying to understand his scriptures and traditions. Tulsi Puja is a symbol of this awareness. This event underlines the importance of Sanatan culture in the society and tells that our culture inspires us to live not only for enjoyment, but for the society and the country.
