A large number of devotees come to Mahakaleshwar temple in the new year. In such a situation, the district administration is claiming to make extensive arrangements.
Ujjain collector Neeraj Kumar Singh said that the government has removed Ganesh Kumar Dhakad, administrator of Mahakaleshwar temple. Now ADM Anukul Jain has been made the head of Mahakaleshwar temple committee. It is noteworthy that the collector himself takes up the responsibility of the president in Mahakaleshwar temple. After the case of taking money for darshan in the temple came to light in the last few days, collector Neeraj Kumar Singh had sent a report to the government against administration Ganesh Kumar Dhakad, due to which the government has removed Dhakad. Now extensive preparations are being made by the district administration for the large number of devotees coming on the occasion of the end and beginning of the new year.
Those involved in illegal extortion are on remand
The police have taken Rajkumar, abhishek Bhargava, Ritesh Sharma, Rajendra Sisodia, who were involved in illegal extortion at Mahakaleshwar temple, on one-day remand. According to Mahakal police station, eight people have been arrested in this case so far, out of which two are employees of a private security agency.
