Demand for shifting the hp Gas warehouse located in the populated area of Sirohi city and Goyli Road to another place has been rising continuously for the last three years. Due to the demand, the silence of the responsible people can take the form of a big incident anytime. There is a big warehouse of hp Gas located on Goyli Road passing through the city. Where there is always a large stock of gas tanks, and from there, supplies are made to almost the entire Sirohi area by many trucks every day. Along with this, domestic and commercial gas is also supplied in the district from this warehouse.
Secretary of Rawal Brahmin Samaj Hostel and Advocate mukesh rawal gave a memorandum to the Additional district Collector Sirohi on 27 december and told that when this warehouse was established, it was far away from the populated area. But with time, due to increase in population, the gas warehouse has come within the periphery of the populated area, due to which there is a strong possibility of an accident at any time.
Hostel is run near the gas warehouse
In the memorandum given, it was told that there are hostels of Rawal Brahmin Samaj, Suthar Samaj, Meghwal Samaj and Garg Samaj along with other communities around the gas warehouse, where thousands of children from every community stay and study for higher education. Along with this, there is also an airstrip at a distance of about a hundred feet from the main gate of the gas warehouse and a veterinary hospital is also located behind the warehouse. It should be known that at present this gas warehouse is in the main center of the populated colonies.
An atmosphere of fear prevails among the people, the responsible are silent
There is a constant demand to shift the gas warehouse located near the hostels of the city's population and society to another place, but due to no attention by the responsible and the administration, an atmosphere of fear prevails among the general public. The children living in the hostel told that recently people were burnt alive in the LPG gas fire in Bhankrota, Jaipur. But due to the administration not paying any attention to this gas warehouse, a big incident can happen anytime. Due to which there is always fear.
