After the complaint of Marathi actress Prajakta mali in maharashtra, the State Women's Commission is seen to be strict. On the complaint of the actress, the State Women's Commission on monday (30 December) directed the mumbai Police to take immediate action and submit a factual report. Prajakta said in her complaint that bjp mla suresh Dhas made derogatory remarks about her. Actress Prajakta mali also complained to the commission, "Inappropriate and derogatory comments have affected her personal and social life." The actress also alleged that after these comments, derogatory content was circulated against her on social media.

The Commission gave instructions to the police

The maharashtra State Women's Commission told through its X handle that it has received Prajakta Mali's complaint and after that action has been started. The commission said that this matter is serious and the mumbai Police Commissioner has been directed to take immediate action and submit a factual report.

When asked about the complaint lodged by the actress with the Women's Commission, bjp mla suresh Dhas said that the issue is over for them and they are ready to face the consequences. He also said that no attempt should be made to divert attention from the Santosh Deshmukh murder case and crime in Beed.

'Insult of women will not be tolerated'

The commission's response came a day after actress Prajakta mali met maharashtra Chief minister devendra fadnavis at his residence in Mumbai. fadnavis assured Prajakta mali and her family that any act of insulting women will not be tolerated and appropriate action will be taken. On Saturday, mali had demanded an apology from Beed district bjp mla suresh Dhas for dragging her name in an attempt to target ncp leader and minister Dhananjay Munde in the sarpanch murder case.
