Before the assembly elections in delhi, many announcements are being made by the Aam Aadmi Party. There is a lot of politics on these announcements. In this episode, the controversy is now the new promise made by the aam aadmi party government. Actually, the aam aadmi party government has announced to give a monthly salary of 18 thousand rupees to the priests of Hindu religion in Delhi. After this, AIMIM has targeted kejriwal and the AAP government.

The party's delhi president Shoaib Jamai accused delhi Chief minister arvind kejriwal that his government has not paid salaries to the Imams and Muezzins of delhi for 17 months. Talking to news agency IANS, Shoaib Jamai said, "Arvind kejriwal has announced that he will give a monthly salary of Rs 18,000 to our Hindu priests. We have no objection to this. But, it is shameful that the problems of the Imams and Muazzins, who have been waiting for their salaries for so long, are being ignored."

Accused kejriwal government of ignoring Muslims

Shoaib Jamai further said that this step reflects the kejriwal government's indifference towards Muslims in Delhi. Jamai termed it a 'slap on the face' of Muslims and said that this was not expected from the same government which called itself a well-wisher of Muslims.

It is worth noting that the delhi government announced the salary of priests, which is being seen as financial assistance for religious places. On the other hand, Imams and Muazzins say that their salary payment is pending for a long time. This issue has sparked a debate in political circles.
